Jaideep brings a background spanning international business, entrepreneurship and academic philosophy. He founded Zen Maitri, a London-based Ayurvedic wellness company, and holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Warwick.

At Tri Âm, he leads brand development, international markets and commercial partnerships, connecting Vietnamese coffee with hotels, restaurants and hospitality businesses around the world.

Trần Quang Thái
Co-founder | Sourcing & Operations

Thái has more than a decade of experience building agricultural businesses in Vietnam, spanning agricultural trading, farming and long-term cultivation projects.

At Tri Âm, he leads coffee sourcing and production, working with growers and suppliers to select quality green coffee, establish sourcing standards and oversee roasting operations in Hanoi.

Together, they are building a Vietnamese coffee company that connects the people who grow coffee with those who prepare and enjoy it around the world.
